Is a lash lift the same as eyelash extensions? 

No, they are different treatments. A lash lift enhances your natural lashes by lifting and curling them, while eyelash extensions involve attaching synthetic lashes to your natural ones to create a fuller, longer look. 

Can I wear mascara after a lash lift? 

Yes, you can wear mascara after a lash lift, but many people find they don't need it because the lifted lashes already provide a mascara-like effect. If you choose to use mascara, it's recommended to wait at least 24 hours after the treatment. 

 

Can I swim or use a sauna after a lash lift? 

It's advisable to avoid water, steam, or saunas for the first 24 to 48 hours after a lash lift to allow the solution to set completely. After this initial period, you can generally resume your regular activities. 

 

Can I get a lash lift if I have sensitive eyes?  

While lash lifts are generally well-tolerated, individuals with extremely sensitive eyes or those prone to allergies should consult with a technician beforehand. A patch test is often recommended to check for any adverse reactions. 

 

Can I get a lash lift if I have short lashes?  

Yes, a lash lift can enhance the appearance of short lashes by lifting and curling them. However, the results may vary depending on your natural lash length and condition. 

 

How do I maintain my lash lift?

Is it permissible to use brow products following a brow lamination 

Yes, you can wear brow products after getting a brow lamination. In fact, using brow products such as pencils, powders, gels, or pomades can enhance and define your brows even further, complementing the results of the lamination. 

 

Can I swim or use a sauna after a brow lamination 

After getting a brow lamination, it's generally advisable to avoid swimming and using saunas for the first 24 to 48 hours. Frequently Asked Questions about Shipping and Delivery of Orders 

 

Delivery on weekends 

We dispatch orders in Denmark using GLS, which delivers on all weekdays as well as Saturdays to parcel shops that are open on Saturdays. The standard delivery time is 1-3 business days. If you place your order before 1:00 PM on a Friday, your package will be dispatched the same day, and the package will be in transit over the weekend. For orders placed over the weekend, we ensure dispatch on the following Monday. Please note that you will receive an SMS when your package is ready for pickup if you have chosen delivery to a GLS parcel shop. You can then collect your package during the parcel shop's opening hours. 

 

How do I cancel my order  

If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation of ordernumber" - so we can assist you easily and quickly. We pack orders Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. If your order has already been packed, unfortunately, it cannot be canceled. 

 

I have not received my order confirmation 

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This usually arrives a few minutes after you have placed the order, but it may take a little longer. If you have not received an order confirmation, it may be due to one of the following reasons: 

 

  • Your order may not have been completed correctly, and therefore, an order may not have been created. 
  • You may have mistakenly made a typo when entering your email address. 
  • The email has been sent but ended up in your junk mail/spam folder. 
  • The email has not yet been sent from our servers due to a technical delay (this usually only happens during extra busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas).

I want to change my order 

If you have ordered the wrong product or product variant, please contact customer service as soon as possible at mail contact@manilabeauty.dk If your order has not yet been packed, there is a chance that we can still change your order. Our customer service is open on all weekdays between 8:00 AM and 17:00 PM and is closed on weekends and holidays. If your order has already been prepared, unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel your order. 

 

 

I have received the wrong product 

 We do our best to send the products you ordered, but if you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer service at the following email contact@manilabeauty.dk To resolve this in the easiest and quickest way, we ask you to provide the following information: 

 

  • Order number 
  • Name of the product you did not receive 
  • Name of the product you mistakenly received 
  • A picture of the received product, along with your packing slip. 

 

 

I have received a defective product 

We strive to deliver products of high quality, and all our products undergo thorough quality control. Additionally, we do our best to check the quality of all products before shipping them to you. However, errors may occur.
