Trading on manilabeauty.dk is subject to Danish purchase and contract law as well as regulations on consumer sales. As a consumer, you are protected by applicable legislation, primarily the Danish Sale of Goods Act and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
Prices
We reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. All our prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT. We do not take responsibility for any printing or spelling errors, as well as for sold-out or obsolete items.
Payment
You can pay with the following cards: VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, apple pay & MobilePay. We will debit the amount from your account when the order is approved and dispatched by us. The receipt, necessary for any returns and warranty claims, will be sent with your package and to your email, which should be saved in case of a return. Emails received from us upon ordering do not constitute a receipt but rather a confirmation, and therefore, they are not sufficient for handling returns or warranty claims.
Delivery
Manila Beauty ApS aims to dispatch orders placed before 1:00 PM on the same day; orders placed after 1:00 PM on weekdays or on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be dispatched the next business day. For orders placed after 1:00 PM on weekdays or on weekends and holidays, we expect to deliver your order within two business days, depending on the chosen delivery method. We use PostNord to deliver orders to other locations in Europe. If you choose to have the order shipped abroad, we do not take responsibility for the terms and conditions of local delivery. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for shipments abroad. Note: We are not responsible on Manilabeauty.dk for whether the national customs authorities in your country impose customs duties and taxes on shipments. We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices start from DKK 40. Items will be delivered to the delivery address provided during the order.
Warranty
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material or manufacturing. Depending on the specific situation, you can exchange the product, receive a refund, or a price reduction. The warranty does not cover errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, but no later than 30 days from the delivery date. Manila Beauty ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. Refund
If a refund is required, please include bank details such as account number and sort code so that the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be provided via email or any other electronic form without risk, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used for the purpose of processing the refund.
Right of Withdrawal
A 14-day full return policy is granted for items purchased in our webshop. The period is counted from the day:
- You receive the order.
- You acquire physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for multiple different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several installments.
- You acquire physical possession of the last batch or last part in the case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of multiple batches/parts.
- You acquire physical possession of the first item in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
Return costs are at your own expense. The withdrawal must be communicated to us within 14 days of the purchase, and the return must be made within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. Notification should be sent via email to Contact@manilabeauty.dk, explicitly stating your intention to use your right of withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the goods without simultaneously giving clear notice of this.
The following types of items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and where the sealing is broken after delivery.
- Items that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Items where the seal has been broken.
Return
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. Include a copy of the order confirmation. Processing is faster if you also fill out and include our Withdrawal Form.
You bear the risk of the item from the time of its delivery until we have received it back. If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you have paid to us. In case of depreciation, for which you are responsible, the purchase amount is deducted. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Repayment is made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you provide documentation of having returned it before then.
