RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
f your items do not meet your expectations, please send us an email, and we will do our absolute best to assist you. Refunds are provided for all unused, unopened items up to 14 days after receiving the order.
Return & Exchange Rules for All Customers
If you wish to refund or exchange an item, you can return it to us within 14 days in an unopened condition. The return process is through this portal and incurs a return shipping fee of 40 DKK. Please include a return form or another note with your order number in the return package, as your return cannot be processed without it. If you want to exchange an item, please return the purchased item and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.
Only items purchased on our website are accepted and approved for return if they are in an unused and unopened condition. If your items were purchased from another authorized retailer, please contact that retailer instead.
When returning, ensure the item is securely packaged. You bear the risk for the package/items until we receive it. Always remember to keep the postage receipt and tracking number.
Once your return order is delivered to us, it will take 1-5 business days to process. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return order and that we are refunding the price you paid for the item using the same payment method you used.
Please note that payments may take up to 5 banking days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
Complaints
If you receive a defective item or if there are missing items in your order, please send an email to contact@manilabeauty.dk with your full name, order number, and a picture of the defective product(s) within 14 days of the delivery date.
Missing Items
If you receive an order where one or more items are missing, please send us a picture of your entire order, including the package, along with your full name and order number to contact@manilabeauty.dk within 2 days of the delivery date. Once we confirm the shortage of items, we will promptly send those items to you.
